WHEAT is a cereal grain cultivated worldwide. There are about 30 cereal varieties presented in two main forms: spring wheat and winter wheat. Wheat grains are used in bakery and confectionery production, as well as in various cereals. Russia is one of the world leaders of wheat exporters.
